• Shipping Fee: FREE (included) for all watch orders.

• Processing Time: Once your payment has been verified, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Note: This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.

II/ DELIVERY TIME:

•  International: 4-6 working days.
•  Engraved Orders: Additional 1-3 working days.

Note: In rare cases, customs clearance procedures may cause a delay in the delivery of your package.

III/ IMPORT TAX INFORMATION

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for all orders.
• Import Duty Fee: Included in your total purchase price. The exact amount of import duties and taxes is calculated and collected upfront at checkout based on your shipping country.
• Please Note: Duties and taxes are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and will vary depending on the local regulations, VAT rates, and country of origin of the purchased product.
• By choosing to prepay these charges, you receive a 100% guaranteed total cost for your order—ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.

IV/ RETURN POLICY

• Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving your order.

V/ EXCHANGE RATE

When purchasing in a currency other than USD, the conversion is processed using the current market exchange rate at the time of checkout. This ensures a secure and accurate rate for your purchase.
