• Once your payment has been verified, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

III/ IMPORT TAX INFORMATION

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for all orders.

This means the exact amount of import duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout, based on your shipping country, and included in your total purchase price. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20-30% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped.

Our Guaranteed Destination Shipping service allows you to pay all duties and taxes upfront, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery — guaranteed.
Please note that duties and taxes are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on several factors, such as:

1. Country of origin of the purchased product
2. Local VAT rate
3. Local import duties and regulations

By choosing to prepay these charges, you’ll receive a 100% guaranteed total cost for your order — including all delivery charges, taxes, and fees.

IV/ EXCHANGE RATE

When purchasing in a currency other than USD, the conversion is processed using the current market exchange rate at the time of checkout. This ensures a secure and accurate rate for your purchase.

We recommend completing your payment in the same currency as your payment method to avoid any additional conversion fees. While you may choose to pay in a different currency, please note that your bank or card provider may charge extra fees to convert the amount back to your home currency.
