When was the last time you showed your appreciation to your loved ones? – Spreading Happiness

Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland and Netherlands are the top 5 countries in the World Happiness Report 2022. Did your country make it in the top 5?

In the World Happiness Report 2020, it was found that “individuals with high social and institutional trust levels were happier than those living in less trusting and trustworthy environments”. Today we are living in tough times as we recover from the setbacks of the pandemic. Declined health conditions and other disruptions have been introduced into each of our lives in its own ways. How can we show more appreciation to our loved ones to let them know we are grateful to them and express our love?

Here are some of the ways you can communicate your gratitude and enjoyment:

1. Spending qualitative time with your friends and family
2. Disconnecting and enjoying every moment
3. Writing letters
4. Planning for an activity, learning or doing something you are interested in
