Healthy desserts: myth or magic? #AugustBergInsiders

Looking for a guilt-free #FridayTreat? We've got you covered.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, staying somewhat healthy may pose a challenge to you. “Healthy desserts” may sound like a myth, with all the insta-worthy desserts you see everywhere, loaded with tons of sugar and calories.

The thought of dessert shouldn’t fill you up with guilt. Call up your friends and indulge in these sweet treats together without compromising your health (and theirs). But remember, moderation is key!

Warning: There are NO acai bowls in this article.

Pair their gelatos with their signature thyme-infused cone and you’re good to go!
