August Berg offers a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent with original packaging and included materials.

August Berg warrants your watch against defects in materials and workmanship under the terms of the warranty. Coverage may include the movement, hands, and dial, subject to proof of purchase and warranty conditions.

August Berg may provide battery replacement at its discretion and does not take responsibility for damage caused by battery replacement outside approved service.
