At first, I bought this watch as a present for my 16 years old son and I chose the 32mm size. Because he preferred to have a larger watch, I exchanged it for the 40mm one. All along the process, I had an excellent experience with customer service. They were very understanding of my request and I appreciated it a lot. I'm very happy with my Simply Rose Gold watch. But there was some bad news and good news before I was. I had trouble figuring out how to shorten the band (I have a small wrist). The tiny booklet that came with the watch had some illustrations which were not helpful and there were no instructions. Even with videos I found on line I couldn't get it to close securely (I'm not mechanical at all). I started wearing it around the house, fastening it the best I could. Unfortunately, I wore it down to the basement laundry room. As I was getting on the elevator it popped open, teetered on the edge of the elevator and then fell 5 stories! Our building's wonderful super was able to retrieve it and it was still ticking. One side where the band meets the watch had popped open with a small screw sticking out. I could not get it back to its original state so went to a jewelry store. The very kind guy said it probably just needed a good yank but he didn't want to do it because it could break. At that point, I told him he had my permission to try. It worked! And he showed me how to properly close the clasp. Now I really love it!

This colour is SO versatile! It looks like a rich dark pink to me (and is even nicer in real life), but it looks great with a red outfit!
I get lots of admiring comments each time I wear it and I love it!
