Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Products can be exchanged within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
  • Customers must provide clear photos/videos before sending the product to the August Berg Service Center for inspection.
  • Exchange conditions:
    • Only one exchange is allowed. All exchanges must be equal or greater in value to the returned merchandise. If the value of the item(s) that you wish to exchange exceeds the value of your returned item(s), you will be charged the difference.
    • The watch must be intact, unused, and still have the protective film on it.
    • No scratches, the leather strap must not be worn, and there must be no signs of creases on the strap.
    • All components, parts, accessories, user manuals, technical documents, and gifts (if any) must be intact and show no signs of use.
    • The product box and packaging must remain intact, without dents, tears, or discoloration.
    • Not applicable to items purchased during promotions with discounts exceeding 20%.
    • Engraved watches are excluded from exchange or replacements.
  • Customers are responsible for both shipping costs to August Berg office.
  • We will gladly offer an exchange if the product has significant defects upon unboxing (e.g., damaged product, missing parts, etc.) or if you received the wrong product. Please record a video of the product during unboxing, as claims will not be accepted without the video. Contact Customer Service within 48 hours from the date of receipt, and based on our decision, we will promptly send you a replacement after you return the defective or incorrect product.
  • Without prior approval from August Berg Customer Service, any exchange or return requests made beyond the allowed timeframe, will be returned without exchange.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

We provide you with detailed descriptions of our products, materials, sizes, and fit, which can hopefully help you choose the right product more accurately. If you have any doubt about a product, you are very welcome to contact us at contact@augustberg.com for further assistance.
