Are you returning an unwanted item?
We understand, things change, sometimes our purchases don't work, and you want your money back. Or perhaps you had a change in mind with the colours and want to do an exchange. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition; we accept returns, subject to the rules by August Berg Pte Ltd.
Here are some of the rules, we try to keep them short,
Personalised watches are excluded from exchange, refund or replacements.
If you return an item requesting a refund/exchange within 30 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method, or we'll also offer an exchange for one of our products. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
In consideration of the environment when tens of thousands of online orders are shipped and returned every day, we have decided not to offer free return shipping. Instead, we give you a good description of our products, materials, sizes and fit, which can hopefully help you choose the right product more accurately. If you are in doubt about any product, you are very welcome to contact us. Therefore, please note that we will not absorb the shipping expenses for refund item(s) unless the item is faulty. Additionally, we will not be liable for any extra customs fees imposed at the destination country (if any).
We know time flies by. If you return an item requesting a refund within 31 and 45 days of receiving it, we'll give you an August Berg gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.
All returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.
We understand that you would want to try your watches outside of our stores. Unfortunately, if an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund, and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Proof of postage
